Tom Ravenscroft invited Floyd Lavine to do a mix for his show on BBC Radio 6 Music. “What an honour to finally get to create a mix and have my music played on @bbc6music for the legendary selector @tomravo radio show .” Floyd wrote on Instagram.

Two of Floyd Lavine originals were played, including Vaseline, which appeared on Arikan Tales earlier this year, and he also played one of the label’s next singles. The mix effectively conveys the Afrofuturism that Floyd Lavine and his record label Afrikan Tales would like to represent to the world.
