The debut single on Sondela Records, ‘Ezizweni’, comes from one of the ambassadors of Afro House, Hyenah. The single features Durban superstar & Afrotainment founder DJ Tira and Afro-Jazz singer Luke Ntombela. Hyenah has become an advocate of the genre in Europe, hosting RISE, a renowned showcase of the Afro House sound that finds its home at Berlin’s notorious Watergate nightclub.

With previous releases on Freerange, Watergate, MoBlack, Objektivity, Pokerflat and many more leading record labels, Hyenah’s keen eye for quality and direction has helped him earn Traxsource’s Afro House producer of the year and regular performances around the globe.
