Shimza continues to leave his mark on the South African electronic music scene with the launch of his new label Kunye. The label will be dedicated to promoting South Africa’s rich musical heritage.

The launch also marked the release of Shimza’s latest EP ‘Calling Out Your Name’, with vocals from Mikhaela Faye on the title track as well as remix honors from Kostakis. The lyrics from ‘Calling Out Your Name’, aim to highlight humanity’s impact on the environment. The EP release is intended to set the direction of label for future releases.
