Our very own ‘Bantwanas’ are back with their second single ‘Ngoma’.

Bantwanas or ‘Children of Africa’ is an umbrella collective made up of internationally acclaimed songwriter and producer Ryan Murgatroyd, alongside his protégé Blanka Mazimela and a plethora of hugely talented local musicians and vocalists.

After the success of ‘Ngithanda’ staying in the Beatport Deep House Top 5 for a number of weeks and seeing huge support from the likes of Lee Burridge, Rampue, Lane 8, Paco Osuna and others, Bantwanas return with their sonic tone, the coupling of traditional African notes and vocals with dance music beats and basslines.

A rolling African drum with a melodic rolling baseline blended with the harmonic chorus of vocals. Another hypnotic rolling beat the signature of Ryan Murgatroyd, is rounded out by the collective’s talent. The release is rounded out with magnificent support by the local force of nature Aero Manyelo and production genius Kostakis.
