JET BLACK is a boutique creative agency with focus on electronic music including artist bookings, PR, Promo and Plugging. We are based in the beautiful city of Cape Town, and represent some of the most exciting local and global electronic music acts across the Southern African and international territory.
We establish transparent and professional relationships through our extensive network and build creative strategies together with promoters, publications, journalists, tastemakers and radio stations and in effect, assist in the curation of club nights, local festivals and release campaigns. Our processes makes it easy for all our respective clients get their job done in a timely and efficient manner.

Jarrad Treger
Jarrad is founder of JET BLACK, a creative booking agency building a platform to showcase both local and international talent across Southern Africa. Jarrad is a well known and well liked integral member of the South African Music Scene.
Jarrad has worked through many facets of the music industry, from radio to clubs, as well as managing some of Africa’s most prolific electronic artists and soon realised that he needed to centralise all aspects of their management, from bookings to A&R, from PR to Publishing, consolidating their administration and working on their brand development. Currently Jarrad is manager to some of the top tier and developing electronic acts from South Africa, as well as A&R for labels such as Get Physical, Label owner of Bantwanas, he is also working on projects to develop local talent. He has shared platforms with some of the most respected individuals in electronic music at conferences such as ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event), given guest talks at colleges such as SAE and continues to contribute and collaborate to grow the South African scene. In so doing he has brought them together in the first and only full service platform for boutique electronic acts in Africa (and now beyond). From there, the natural progression was to constitute and incorporate JET BLACK into his portfolio to give a professional approach for all artist bookings in the country.
Malinidi Loader
Accountant / Bookkeeper
Malindi has a natural affinity for numbers and a knack for problem solving. She successfully obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, laying a sturdy foundation for her professional aspirations.
Her dedication and proficiency quickly earned her recognition, culminating in the attainment of a Business Accountant in Practice certification from the South African Institute of Business Accountants (SAIBA).
Throughout her career, Malindi traversed through various industries, meticulously honing her financial acumen and leadership skills along the way. Her commitment to excellence and continuous learning allowed her to adapt to different environments, gaining valuable experience and expertise with each opportunity she encountered.
Kirsia Cornelius
Administration Officer
Kirsia is a dedicated administrative professional with eight years of experience in the dynamic world of events, entertainment, and music. Her passion for organization, attention to detail, and love for the industry have contributed to her success as an admin assistant.
As an admin assistant, Kirsia’s responsibilities are multifaceted. She excels in handling a variety of tasks, including preparing itineraries, invoice & contract for gig bookings and maintaining an organized filing system.
